it's secret because it's hidden above a row of shops right in the city centre. Me and Kris first spotted it about 7/8 years ago and it just looked awesome. She rang me on Saturday because she randomly was walking past and they were having an open day... It's a subscription library not a public library, and it is the best place in the entire world right now :)
